How do I place an order?
We accepts fax orders, mail orders and phone orders, but in order to avoiding the unnecessary confusion in the future, your fax order is preferable.
What are my payment options?
Kindly be advised as we are under foreign currency control system, so it is still unacceptable to receive payment by credit card .We are sorry to bring any inconvenience to you about this. Kindly try to effect payment by bank telex transfer, and then fax the copy of the bank receipt to us for our ref., Thank you for your cooperation beforehand.
Can I pay with VISA card ? (here the bank charges for transfers are very high).
Sorry, but VISA card is not acceptable at our end, our government keeps a really strict control over foreigh currency,one of foreign currency regulation is that payment cannot be made by VISA card, but only by T/T(Telex Transfer) or by western union, hope you could understand it, thank you.)
Why the express charge on the invoice?. My TNT courier will retire the merchandise at your address. Is applicable the express charge in this case ?
Ok, then you can request your TNT courier to our company for picking up when ready, and we will remove express charge from our quote to you.)
If you order magnets that are not listed in our stock sizes, we will have to arrange production and lead time could be 3 to 14 weeks.
How do you ship goods to customers?
Normally we ship goods by ground delivery via UPS, EMS, DHL, FedEx, Airborne or air transfer ,ocean shipping, your request will be our first choice.
Can you ship magnets by air?
Of course! But magnets are considered a hazardous material on air planes and prohibited from air transportation when its magnetic strength is greater than 0.00525 gauss at 15 feet away. We have to make special package for the magnets to be shipped by air.
Also, please don't forget that air shipping cost is much more expensive than ground shipping.
Did you try other designs?
Of course, we could customize the products according our customers? drawing or detailed requirement. Especially in the filed of our fridge magnet series, nearly 90% designs are our customers? special designs.
How soon can I expect to receive products after I place order?
We ship goods from our warehouse in Xiamen, China within three days after you order magnets listed in our stock sizes. The transit time on ground varies from 3 to 7 working days depending how far away from Xiamen China. So you can receive ordered products in 3 to 8 working days.
If you order magnets that are not listed in our stock sizes, we will have to arrange production and lead time could be 3 to 4 weeks.
We accept customer returns and refund the total payment only in the following situations:
- The products themselves are defective, and/or
- The product specifications are not same as customer's order.
We are responsible to the quality of our products only, we can not guarantee and not responsible for the success of your application or system that involve our products.
If a customer wants to return any products that are correct as per his or her purchase order, he or she must get our written approval before returning. In this situation, the customers will pay a restock fee of 30% of the value of the products to be returned. Plus shipping cost for the return.
