NCD series large capacity magnetizing/demagnetizing power source is is a large capacitance, high energy, capacitive discharge magnetizer capable of saturating Alnico, Ceramic and Rare Earth magnetic materials, it is a development of our own. One of the remarkable advantages for this series magnetizer is about its intelligent quantitative magnetizing power source, with computer control and inspection technology, it can quantitatively magnetize, demagnetize or decrease the magnetism of magnetic close looped piece accurately, guarantee the property consistency for the magnetized products, especially suitable for magnetic materials or motors that feature big property dispersion and exacting consistency requirement after magnetization It can keep an accurate control over the field intensity for magnetization, magnet residual can be kept at less than 0.002T after accurate demagnetizing.
This type can be used in saturating and anti-saturating permanent magnets simply by switching. This series of magnetizer/demagnetizer is used phase modulation technology and constant current charging. They are favorably suitable for magnetizing and demagnetizing magnets with high coercive force materials, such as rare-earth, motors, large loudspeakers and all magnet materials available today.
