MCG High-Voltage Pulse Series

MCG series high-voltage impulse magnetizer/demagnetizerMCG high-voltage impulse series electric magnetizer are featured by outputting pulse current within an extremely short time. The process of magnetizing and demagnetizing can be realized simply by turning switch. It is quite suitable for magnetizing/demagnetizing multipole rare earth magnets(esp. ring multipole and plane multipole magnets with high coercive force)and motors, both inside and outside. The operation of this impulse magnetizing equipment is easy and conveniently.

The latest high voltage pulse magnetizers/demagnetizers MCG2.0, MCG2.5, MCG3.0 and MCG4.5 series adopts the latest technology in producing pulsed magnetic fields and controlled by SCR, these series can magnetize high coercive force rare earth mgnets (NdFeB, SmCo), multipoles magnets, motors, loudspearkers and other magnetic assemblies.

To meet the demands of magnetizing multi-poles magnets and electric machine rotor (stator), we specially design MCGM2.0, MCGM2.5. MCGM3.0, MCGM4.5 series magnetizer.
